Nosara is a coastal town in north western Costa Rica, with beaches, forest and residential communities spread along rough roads. Development remains dispersed rather than centred on one dense resort strip. The destination is physically divided between villages and beaches, with roads and settlements linking the two, with forest providing an additional point of connection.
