This Cookie Policy explains how Everbound Ltd uses cookies, local storage, tracking technologies and similar technologies on the Everbound website at everbound.co.uk.
It should be read together with our Privacy Policy, which explains more broadly how we collect, use, share and protect personal information.
In this Cookie Policy, “Everbound”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Everbound Ltd.

Cookies are small text files stored on your computer, phone or other device when you visit a website.
Cookies may allow a website to:
• operate correctly;
• remember choices;
• recognise a browser;
• maintain security;
• measure website performance;
• understand how visitors use the website;
• attribute referrals or transactions; and
• support advertising.
Everbound may also use technologies that operate similarly to cookies, including:
• browser local storage;
• session storage;
• software development kits;
• scripts and tags;
• tracking pixels;
• referral identifiers;
• link parameters;
• navigational tracking; and
• similar storage or access technologies.
References to “cookies” in this Cookie Policy include these similar technologies where appropriate.
UK rules relating to cookies can also apply to local storage, tracking pixels, scripts, tags and other technologies that store information on, or access information from, a user’s device.
Everbound may use cookies and similar technologies to:
• provide essential website functions;
• remember your privacy choices;
• remember selected travel preferences;
• retain your origin, destination and filters;
• display relevant destination and trip-cost information;
• operate the interactive map;
• protect the website and prevent misuse;
• diagnose technical problems;
• measure how the website is used;
• improve pages and website features;
• measure clicks on affiliate links;
• attribute bookings or purchases to Everbound;
• calculate affiliate commissions; and
• support advertising where introduced in the future.
The technologies used on Everbound may fall into the following categories.
Strictly necessary technologies are required for the website or a service requested by you to function.
They may be used to:
• deliver website pages and images;
• maintain website security;
• prevent fraud, abuse and malicious activity;
• balance website traffic;
• remember cookie-consent choices;
• operate essential form or navigation functions; and
• maintain selections during a website session.
These technologies cannot normally be disabled through Everbound’s consent controls because the website may not operate properly without them.
You may still be able to block them through your browser, although doing so may cause parts of Everbound to stop working.
Functional technologies help remember choices and provide enhanced website features.
Everbound may use browser local storage or similar technologies to remember information such as:
• selected origin;
• selected destination;
• number of travellers;
• number of rooms;
• length of stay;
• travel period;
• budget;
• travel style;
• currency;
• destination filters; and
• other travel-planning preferences.
These preferences are generally associated with the browser or device rather than a named user account.
Everbound does not currently provide user accounts.
Deleting browser data or using another browser or device may remove these saved preferences.
Analytics technologies help us understand how visitors use Everbound.
They may process information such as:
• pages viewed;
• links clicked;
• referring source;
• approximate location;
• browser and device type;
• date and time of access;
• interactions with website features; and
• aggregated website usage.
We use this information to:
• understand website performance;
• identify popular and underperforming pages;
• improve navigation and design;
• assess how travel-planning tools are used;
• diagnose technical issues; and
• improve Everbound’s content and functionality.
Where analytics technologies require consent, they will only be used after you have accepted the relevant category.
Everbound links to third-party travel providers and may earn commission when a visitor completes a qualifying booking or purchase.
Affiliate partners or affiliate networks may use technologies such as:
• referral parameters;
• campaign identifiers;
• affiliate identifiers;
• cookies;
• link decoration;
• pseudonymous click identifiers; and
• transaction or attribution identifiers.
These technologies may be used to:
• identify that a visitor came from Everbound;
• measure outbound clicks;
• attribute a booking or purchase;
• prevent fraud;
• calculate commission; and
• provide performance reports.
At launch, Everbound may link to:
• Booking.com;
• Skyscanner; and
• Viator.
A third-party provider may place or access cookies after you leave Everbound and visit its website. Those technologies are governed by that provider’s own Cookie Policy and Privacy Policy.
Where affiliate technologies operate on Everbound itself and require consent, they will only be activated after the relevant consent has been provided.
Advertising technologies may be used to:
• measure advertising campaigns;
• create advertising audiences;
• personalise advertisements;
• limit how often an advertisement is shown;
• understand whether an advertisement led to a visit or booking; and
• show advertisements based on browsing activity.
At the date of this Cookie Policy, Everbound does not use:
• Meta Pixel;
• Pinterest Tag;
• TikTok Pixel;
• Google Ads remarketing; or
• similar personalised advertising technologies.
We may introduce advertising technologies in the future.
Before doing so, we will update this Cookie Policy where necessary and configure our consent controls so that optional advertising technologies are not activated before valid consent has been provided where consent is required.
Everbound is built and hosted using Webflow.
Webflow may use or process technologies necessary to:
• deliver the website;
• maintain security;
• prevent misuse;
• operate contact forms;
• manage website performance;
• diagnose errors; and
• provide analytics where enabled.
Some Webflow technologies may be strictly necessary, while others may be categorised as functional or analytics technologies depending on how they are used.
Everbound may use Webflow Analyze to understand website and page performance.
Webflow states that Webflow Analyze does not use cookies to recognise visitors. Instead, it uses browser local storage and aggregated, non-identifying website-usage information such as device type and pages viewed.
Although this technology does not use a conventional cookie, browser local storage is a storage technology and may still be subject to privacy and consent rules.
Where required by applicable law, Webflow Analyze will be controlled through Everbound’s consent-management settings.
Information collected through Webflow Analyze may include:
• pages viewed;
• device type;
• referral source;
• website interactions;
• general location information; and
• aggregated browsing activity.
Everbound uses Google Search Console to understand how the website appears and performs in Google Search.
Search Console provides Everbound with information such as:
• search queries;
• search impressions;
• search-result clicks;
• indexing status;
• page-performance information; and
• technical search issues.
Google Search Console does not ordinarily require Everbound to place a visitor-tracking cookie on the website merely to receive Search Console reports.
Other Google services, if introduced later, may use separate cookies or tracking technologies and will be described in this Cookie Policy where relevant.
Everbound uses Mapbox to display interactive maps and destination locations.
When a map loads, your browser communicates with Mapbox to request map data, styles, tiles and related services.
Mapbox may receive technical information such as:
• your Internet Protocol address;
• browser and device information;
• map requests;
• map areas or tiles viewed;
• session or request identifiers; and
• technical usage information.
Mapbox may use cookies or similar technologies as described in its own policies.
Everbound does not currently use Mapbox to request your precise GPS location.
Some Mapbox functions may be necessary to provide the interactive map requested by you. Other Mapbox technologies, where optional and subject to consent, will be managed through Everbound’s consent controls.
Everbound may use an IP-location service to estimate your approximate city, region or country.
This allows us to suggest a possible origin for trip-cost calculations.
The location service may receive:
• your Internet Protocol address;
• browser or device information;
• request information; and
• the date and time of the lookup.
The result is approximate and may be inaccurate. You can replace the suggested origin manually.
Everbound does not currently request precise GPS or browser-geolocation access.
This service may operate through a direct network request rather than through a conventional browser cookie.
Everbound uses Cloudflare to store, optimise and deliver website images and other content.
Cloudflare may process technical request information when content is loaded, including:
• your Internet Protocol address;
• browser and device information;
• requested file;
• date and time of the request;
• referring page;
• security information; and
• diagnostic information.
Cloudflare may use essential security or operational technologies to deliver content and protect its services.
Everbound does not currently use Cloudflare advertising technologies.
If Cloudflare analytics or other optional Cloudflare features are enabled in the future, this Cookie Policy will be updated where necessary.
Everbound’s Contact page may use technologies necessary to:
• submit the form;
• prevent spam or abuse;
• maintain security;
• confirm successful delivery; and
• diagnose technical problems.
The Contact form collects information that you actively submit, such as your name, email address, subject and message.
Further information about contact-form data is provided in our Privacy Policy.
Everbound may use a consent-management platform to:
• display the cookie banner;
• record your consent choices;
• prevent optional technologies from loading before consent;
• remember whether you accepted or rejected categories;
• allow you to change your choices; and
• retain evidence of consent where necessary.
The consent platform may store a strictly necessary cookie or local-storage entry recording your choices.
This technology is necessary so that we can respect and remember your preferences.
When you first visit Everbound, you may be shown a cookie banner or consent panel.
Depending on the technologies active on the website, you may be able to:
• accept all optional technologies;
• reject all optional technologies;
• select individual categories;
• continue with strictly necessary technologies only; and
• change your choices later.
Rejecting optional cookies should be as easy as accepting them.
Your decision must involve a clear and informed choice. Continuing to browse without making a choice will not by itself be treated as consent where affirmative consent is legally required.
You can change or withdraw your consent at any time by selecting the “Cookie settings”, “Manage cookies” or similar link available on the website.
Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing that occurred before consent was withdrawn.
Most browsers allow you to:
• view stored cookies;
• delete cookies;
• block some or all cookies;
• block third-party cookies;
• delete local storage;
• clear site data; and
• receive warnings before cookies are stored.
The exact controls depend on your browser and device.
Blocking or deleting strictly necessary technologies may cause parts of Everbound to stop working correctly.
Deleting browser data may also remove saved travel preferences and cookie choices.
When you follow an affiliate or external link, you leave Everbound.
Third-party websites may use their own cookies and similar technologies for purposes including:
• website operation;
• account access;
• booking and payment processing;
• analytics;
• fraud prevention;
• personalisation;
• affiliate attribution; and
• advertising.
Everbound does not control cookies placed by a third party after you enter that party’s website.
You should review the relevant provider’s Cookie Policy and Privacy Policy before providing information or completing a booking.
Cookies and similar technologies may be:
• session technologies, which expire when you close your browser; or
• persistent technologies, which remain for a specified period or until deleted.
The retention period depends on the purpose and provider.
Everbound aims to retain browser preferences and consent records only for as long as reasonably necessary for their intended purpose.
Exact names, providers, purposes and expiry periods may change as the website and its providers are updated.
Where available, the current cookie-consent panel or cookie table will provide more specific details about technologies detected on the live website.
The exact technologies used by Everbound depend on the services active at the time of your visit.
