These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Everbound website at everbound.co.uk, including its destination pages, interactive map, travel-planning tools, trip-cost estimates and links to third-party websites.
By accessing or using Everbound, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to them, you should not use the website.
These Terms apply only to your use of Everbound. Separate terms, booking conditions, privacy notices, cancellation policies and other conditions may apply when you visit or transact with a third-party travel provider.

In these Terms, “Everbound”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Everbound Ltd.
Everbound is a travel-discovery, comparison and planning website.
We provide information and tools intended to help users:
• explore and compare destinations;
• estimate potential total trip costs;
• view estimated costs for flights, accommodation, food and drink, activities and local transport;
• adjust trip details such as origin, travel period, number of travellers, rooms, length of stay and travel style;

Everbound does not currently sell flights, accommodation, tours, insurance, transport, package holidays or other travel services directly.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, Everbound is not acting as a travel agent, tour operator, airline, accommodation provider, insurer or other travel-service provider.
Trip costs displayed by Everbound are estimates provided for general comparison and planning purposes.
They are not:
• binding quotations;
• offers to sell travel services;
• guarantees of availability;
• guarantees that a booking can be made at the displayed price; or
• financial advice.
Everbound’s estimates may use a mixture of:
• live or recently retrieved third-party information;

Everbound is not responsible for refusal of boarding, transit, entry or permission to remain.
Everbound contains links to websites and services operated by third parties.

Everbound does not control third-party websites and is not responsible for:

• their prices, descriptions or advertising;
• booking errors;
• cancellations, delays or schedule changes;
• refunds or payment disputes;
• the performance or quality of their services;
• the acts or omissions of a provider; or
• losses arising from your contract or dealings with that provider.

The website and its original content, design and functionality are owned by or licensed to Everbound Ltd.
This may include:
• original written content;
• destination descriptions;
• branding and graphics;
• interface design;
• original software and code;
• cost-calculation methods;
• data selection and arrangement; and
• databases and data compilations.
You may access and use Everbound for your own personal, non-commercial travel planning.
You must not reproduce, publish, distribute, sell, license, adapt or commercially exploit Everbound-owned content without our prior written permission, except where permitted by law.
Photographs, maps, fonts, icons, trademarks, travel-provider information and other third-party materials may belong to their respective owners and may be used under licence or other permission.
Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any intellectual-property rights to you.
We aim to keep Everbound available and functioning, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.
We may:
• update, correct or remove information;
• change calculation methods;
• change or replace data sources;
• add, modify or withdraw features;
• restrict access for maintenance or security; and

Where reasonably possible, we will seek to avoid unnecessary disruption.
We are not responsible for interruption caused by events outside our reasonable control.
We take reasonable steps to provide useful information, but errors, omissions, delays and outdated information may occur.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.

• fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; and

We are responsible for losses that are a foreseeable result of our breach of these Terms or our failure to use reasonable care and skill.
We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when you began using Everbound.
Subject to your statutory rights, we are not responsible for loss or damage caused by:
• inaccurate, incomplete or delayed third-party information;
• changes in price or availability;

Everbound is intended primarily for personal and non-commercial use. We are not responsible for business losses, including loss of profit, revenue, opportunity or goodwill, arising from consumer use of the website.
Nothing in these Terms affects statutory rights that cannot lawfully be waived or restricted.
Everbound is operated from the United Kingdom but is available to users in many countries.
We do not represent that all content, tools, providers or services are appropriate, lawful or available in every country.
You are responsible for complying with laws that apply in your location.
Where mandatory consumer-protection laws in your country give you rights that cannot legally be excluded, those rights continue to apply.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to deprive you of mandatory legal protections available in your country of residence.

Our Cookie Policy explains how cookies, local storage and similar technologies are used and how you can manage your preferences.

You may link to publicly available Everbound pages in a fair and lawful manner.
You must not:
• falsely suggest that Everbound endorses or sponsors you;
• place links within misleading, unlawful or harmful material;
• frame Everbound in a way that conceals the source of its content; or
• reproduce substantial Everbound content instead of linking to it.
We may withdraw permission where a link is misleading, unlawful or harmful.
We may update these Terms to reflect:
• changes to Everbound;
• changes to our business model;
• new or removed features;
• changes in law or regulation;
• changes to data processing; or
• changes in third-party relationships.
The latest version will be published on this page with an updated “Last updated” date.
Updated Terms will apply from the time they are published or from a later date stated on the page.
Changes will not retrospectively remove rights that you already have under applicable law.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
Where possible, the affected provision will be adjusted only to the minimum extent necessary to make it lawful and enforceable.
If we delay or fail to enforce a provision, that does not mean we have waived the right to enforce it later.
Unless these Terms expressly state otherwise, a person who is not a party to them has no right to enforce them under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
If you are resident in England or Wales, the courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction.
If you live elsewhere in the United Kingdom, you may also be entitled to bring proceedings in the courts of the part of the United Kingdom where you live.
If you are a consumer living outside the United Kingdom, mandatory consumer protections and jurisdiction rules in your country of residence may also apply.
