Bandarban is a small town in the Chittagong Hill Tracts of south-eastern Bangladesh, surrounded by forested ridges and narrow valleys. It serves as a base for journeys to viewpoints, waterfalls and villages belonging to several Indigenous groups with distinct languages and traditions.
