OVERVIEW

Phi Phi Islands are a small group of limestone islands in southern Thailand, with steep cliffs, reefs and beaches concentrated around sheltered bays. One island contains most accommodation, while others remain largely uninhabited. Beaches and island interior belong to the same connected landscape, although they often feel distinct on arrival, with islands providing an additional point of connection.

Boat trips, snorkelling and viewpoints provide the main experiences, but crowds and marine pressure are substantial. Staying overnight allows access to quieter early and late hours.
